Prohibited use
Customers may not use NODEBE services for illegal activity, malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, botnets, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized scanning, copyright abuse or harmful content.
Network protection
Customers must not overload, attack, bypass, probe or interfere with NODEBE systems, other customers, third-party networks or public internet services.
Email and messaging
Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, deceptive headers, abusive mailing scripts and compromised mail services are not allowed.
Security responsibility
Customers must keep applications, CMS installs, plugins, passwords and scripts secure. Compromised services may be limited until the risk is addressed.
Enforcement
NODEBE may suspend, restrict or terminate services to protect the platform, customers, third parties, legal compliance or network stability.
