Service use
Customers may use NODEBE services for lawful websites, applications, databases, private tools and business workloads that comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
Billing and renewals
Customers are responsible for invoices, renewals, service details, billing contact accuracy and any usage connected to their account.
Customer-managed software
Unless a managed service agreement says otherwise, customers are responsible for their operating system configuration, applications, scripts, passwords, updates and data stored on the server.
Suspension and abuse
NODEBE may restrict or suspend services connected to abuse, unpaid invoices, security risk, illegal content, attacks, spam or policy violations.
Changes
NODEBE may update service terms when products, security requirements, billing processes or legal obligations change. Continued use of services means the updated terms apply.
