Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, ordering a service, or using NODEBE infrastructure, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
Services & Orders
Service availability, locations, operating systems, applications, resource limits and prices are those shown in the live billing portal at the time of ordering. Some services may require coordinated preparation rather than instant activation.
You are responsible for reviewing the selected plan and configuration before payment.
Accounts & Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Billing & Renewals
Recurring fees, invoice due dates, renewal settings, account credit and available payment methods are managed through the client platform. A service may be suspended or terminated if an invoice remains unpaid according to the billing workflow.
Acceptable Use
You must use NODEBE services lawfully and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. Abuse, unauthorized access attempts, malware distribution, spam, fraud, illegal content, or activity that harms other users or infrastructure may result in restriction or suspension.
Customer Data & Backups
You remain responsible for the content and data you place on your services and for maintaining backups appropriate to your workload. Unless a specific backup service is explicitly included in an order, do not assume that NODEBE maintains recoverable copies of your data.
Service Changes
Infrastructure, software images, locations and plan availability may change as the platform evolves. Where practical, material service changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated through the account or other contact information on file.
Liability
Services are provided on the terms shown for the selected product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NODEBE is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by customer configuration, third-party software, unsupported use, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Suspension & Termination
You may request cancellation through the client platform where supported. NODEBE may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms.
