General Principle
NODEBE services must be used lawfully, responsibly and in a way that does not endanger the network, other customers, third parties or the reputation of shared infrastructure.
Security Abuse
Prohibited activity includes unauthorized access attempts, credential attacks, malware distribution, botnets, exploitation of third-party systems, command-and-control infrastructure, or intentionally exposing insecure services that create material risk.
Spam & Messaging Abuse
Unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, spoofing, spam operations and abusive mail practices are prohibited. Customers are responsible for securing scripts and accounts that could be used to send unwanted messages.
Illegal or Harmful Content
Services may not be used to host, distribute or facilitate content or activity that is unlawful in applicable jurisdictions, infringes rights, or is intended to defraud, threaten or materially harm others.
Network Abuse
Activities that intentionally disrupt networks or degrade shared infrastructure—such as denial-of-service attacks, abusive scanning, amplification, excessive malicious traffic or deliberate resource exhaustion—are prohibited.
Resource Fairness
Customers must stay within the resource, transfer and usage limits of the selected plan. Persistent activity that materially harms shared host stability may require mitigation, upgrade, restriction or migration.
Enforcement
NODEBE may investigate abuse reports and may restrict, suspend or terminate affected services where necessary for network safety, legal compliance or material policy violations.
Send abuse or policy concerns to billing@nodebe.com with relevant service, IP, timestamps and supporting information when available.
